Location: Tulsa, OK 74107
Shift: Monday Friday | 6: 00 AM 4: 30 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Structural Welder to join a growing manufacturing team in Tulsa. This position is responsible for performing structural welding using MIG and Flux Core processes while producing high-quality welds that meet engineering specifications and company quality standards.
The ideal candidate has structural welding experience, can read blueprints and weld symbols, and is committed to producing accurate, quality work in a manufacturing environment.
Weld Test Requirements
Candidates must successfully complete the following weld tests:
Flux Core Plate Flat
MIG Plate Flat
Required Experience & Skills
Previous structural welding experience preferred
Proficiency with MIG and Flux Core welding processes
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
Strong understanding of welding procedures and fabrication techniques
Excellent attention to detail and quality workmanship
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to lift and move materials as needed
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Perform structural welding using MIG and Flux Core welding processes
Read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and weld symbols
Weld and assemble metal components according to engineering specifications
Inspect completed welds for quality, accuracy, and compliance with standards
Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all company safety policies, welding procedures, and OSHA regulations
Assist with additional fabrication and production duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in structural steel fabrication or heavy manufacturing
Knowledge of welding quality standards and inspection procedures
Experience working in a production or fabrication environment
AWS Welding Certifications are a plus
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work throughout the shift
Ability to lift and move materials regularly
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment while wearing required PPE
Ability to safely operate welding equipment and hand tools
Work Environment
Industrial manufacturing and fabrication facility
