Schedule Perk: Work 36 hours, get paid for 40

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-driven Quality Inspector to join a precision aerospace manufacturing team in Claremore, OK. This role is responsible for inspecting machined aerospace products to ensure compliance with customer requirements, engineering specifications, and strict quality standards.

Required Experience & Skills
Experience performing quality inspections in a manufacturing environment
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications
Experience using precision measuring tools and inspection equipment
Experience operating CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines) preferred
Experience supporting or performing First Article Inspections (FAI) preferred
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Ability to work effectively with operations, engineering, and production teams
Strong communication and organizational skills
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Inspect finished aerospace machined products to verify compliance with specifications
Collaborate with operations and production teams to maintain quality standards
Operate CMM equipment and other inspection tools
Perform and support First Article Inspections (FAI) and required documentation
Accurately record inspection findings and maintain quality documentation
Identify non-conforming parts and communicate quality concerns appropriately
Support additional quality assurance and inspection duties as assigned
