Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join an aerospace manufacturing team in Claremore, OK. This role is responsible for inspecting precision-machined aerospace components to ensure compliance with customer requirements, engineering specifications, and strict quality standards.

Required Experience & Skills
Experience performing quality inspections in a manufacturing environment
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications
Experience using precision measuring tools and inspection equipment
Experience with Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) preferred
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Ability to work effectively with operations, machining, and production teams
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are required
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Inspect finished aerospace machined products to verify compliance with engineering and customer specifications
Collaborate with the Operations and Manufacturing teams to maintain product quality standards
Operate CMM equipment and other precision inspection tools
Perform and support First Article Inspections (FAI) and required documentation
Accurately record inspection results and maintain quality records
Identify, document, and communicate quality concerns or non-conforming product issues
Support additional quality control and inspection activities as assigned
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
Work Environment
Precision aerospace manufacturing / machining environment
Exposure to machined components, inspection equipment, production machinery, and active manufacturing operations
Detail-driven environment requiring standing, repetitive inspection tasks, documentation accuracy, and PPE compliance
