Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Warehouse Worker to join a busy warehouse team in Tulsa, OK. This hands-on role involves operating forklifts, assisting with material movement, organizing inventory, and supporting daily warehouse operations to keep shipments and production moving efficiently.

Required Experience & Skills
Previous forklift operating experience REQUIRED
Overhead crane experience preferred (training may be available for the right candidate)
Ability to lift and move heavy materials throughout the shift
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are required
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Operate forklifts to load, unload, move, stack, and stage materials
Use overhead cranes to safely handle heavy or oversized materials
Assist with receiving, shipping, and warehouse material flow
Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and completeness
Maintain organized storage areas and proper inventory placement
Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns
Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures
Assist with inventory counts, stock organization, and warehouse documentation
Work closely with team members to maintain efficient daily operations
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Work Environment
Active warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures
Frequent lifting, bending, standing, walking, and material handling throughout the shift
Operation of forklifts, overhead cranes, and warehouse equipment
PPE required in operational work areas
