Shift: 2nd Shift | Sunday Thursday | 2: 00 PM 11: 00 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Warehouse Supervisor to support warehouse operations during second shift. This role is responsible for inventory accuracy, shipping documentation, order fulfillment, quality assurance, and operational efficiency while ensuring warehouse processes run smoothly and effectively.

The ideal Warehouse Supervisor possesses strong organizational skills, advanced Excel knowledge, analytical abilities, and experience working in inventory, shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations.
Required Experience & Skills
Must be at least 18 years of age
High School Diploma or GED required
Strong English reading, writing, and communication skills
Advanced mathematical skills REQUIRED
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills REQUIRED
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite REQUIRED
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to maintain quality standards while meeting productivity goals
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic REQUIRED
Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesShipping & Order Management
Review sales orders and verify accuracy against pick tickets
Prepare packing slips and shipping documentation
Ensure outgoing shipments meet customer specifications and company requirements
Expedite orders to meet delivery deadlines
Verify shipping paperwork for completeness and accuracy
Inventory Management
Maintain accurate inventory records within the ERP system
Process inventory adjustments and transaction updates
Perform inventory audits and cycle counts
Compare physical inventory against ERP and warehouse records
Investigate inventory discrepancies and document findings, root causes, and corrective actions
Quality & Compliance
Verify material certifications and customer compliance requirements
Monitor warehouse processes and product quality standards
Resolve inventory, documentation, and quality-related issues
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Reporting & Analysis
Compile and maintain inventory and order activity reports
Track warehouse performance metrics and order status updates
Maintain accurate operational records and documentation
Identify process improvement opportunities and cost-saving initiatives
Support continuous improvement projects and warehouse efficiency efforts
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with ERP systems preferred
Previous inventory control, warehouse administration, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience preferred
Experience conducting inventory audits, cycle counts, and discrepancy investigations preferred
Prior leadership or warehouse coordination experience is a plus
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit for extended periods while performing computer-based tasks
Ability to work in both office and warehouse environments as needed
Ability to maintain focus and accuracy while managing multiple priorities

Combination of office-based administrative work and warehouse floor interaction
Fast-paced operation requiring attention to detail and problem-solving skills
