Pay: $18.00 per hour
Location: Neosho, MO 64850
Shift: Monday Friday | 6: 00 AM 3: 00 PM
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Position Overview
The Welder / Fabricator is responsible for performing welding and fabrication tasks to support production in a manufacturing environment. This Welder / Fabricator role involves working with materials, following drawings or instructions, and ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards. The ideal Welder / Fabricator is dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a hands-on environment.
Required Experience & Skills
TIG welding experience preferred
Fabrication-only experience accepted
Ability to read basic drawings or follow work instructions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
Ability to work in a production environment
New welding graduates are encouraged to apply
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Perform welding and fabrication tasks as assigned
Work from drawings, instructions, or supervisor direction
Ensure all work meets quality standards and specifications
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
Support team members to meet production goals
Additional Benefits
$1.00 raise after 30 days
Additional $1.00 raise after 90 days
Breakfast and lunch provided daily
Consistent first-shift schedule with no weekends
