Pay: $23.00 $26.00 per hour (DOE)
Location: Tulsa, OK 74107
Shift: Monday Thursday | 6: 00 AM 4: 30 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Structural Welder to join a fabrication team in Tulsa, OK. This role focuses on welding structural components used in industrial equipment and heater systems, requiring strong welding technique, blueprint reading ability, and consistent quality workmanship.

Required Experience & Skills
Experience with MIG and Flux Core welding processes REQUIRED
Ability to pass a 3G MIG & Flux Core weld test
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication specifications
Strong understanding of structural welding standards and weld quality expectations
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workmanship quality
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Ability to work efficiently in a production-driven fabrication environment
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are required
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Perform welding on structural steel components and industrial assemblies
Complete welds that meet required quality, fit, and structural integrity standards
Read and follow blueprints, fabrication drawings, and work instructions
Inspect completed welds for consistency and quality
Support fabrication and production schedules while maintaining accuracy
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all workplace safety procedures and PPE requirements
Work collaboratively with production teams to meet deadlines and output goals
Weld Test Requirements
Candidates must successfully complete:
3G MIG & Flux Core Weld Test
Work Environment
Industrial fabrication / manufacturing environment
Exposure to welding equipment, sparks, heat, structural steel, and active production operations
Physically demanding role requiring standing, lifting, bending, repetitive movement, and PPE compliance
