Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Sub Arc Welder to join a growing fabrication team in Tulsa, OK. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled welders with Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) experience who take pride in producing high-quality welds and working safely in a production environment.

Required Experience & Skills
Proven Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) experience REQUIRED
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings
Strong knowledge of welding processes, shop procedures, and safety practices
Ability to successfully pass a welding test
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and commitment to weld quality
Team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently when needed
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are required
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Perform Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) on steel components according to specifications
Set up, adjust, and safely operate sub arc welding equipment
Inspect welds for quality, consistency, accuracy, and compliance
Read and follow blueprints, weld symbols, and work instructions
Support material handling and fabrication tasks as production requires
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all workplace safety procedures, welding standards, and quality expectations
Work efficiently to meet production schedules and deadlines
Work Environment
Industrial manufacturing / fabrication environment
Exposure to welding equipment, heavy steel materials, industrial machinery, and shop conditions
Physically demanding role requiring standing, lifting, repetitive motion, and PPE compliance
