Location: Tulsa, OK 74131 (Sapulpa Area)
Shift: Monday Saturday | 5: 00 AM 3: 30 PM

Position Overview
We are urgently seeking experienced Structural Welder Day Shift candidates for a busy fabrication shop in the Sapulpa area. This hands-on welding role focuses on structural steel fabrication using MIG and Flux Core welding processes while maintaining production quality and safety standards.
If you re a skilled welder who can pass the weld test and want steady hours with overtime potential, this Structural Welder opportunity offers excellent long-term potential.
Required Experience & Skills
Minimum 2+ years of structural welding experience REQUIRED
Experience with MIG and Flux Core welding on structural steel
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings
Ability to pass required 3G MIG + Flux Core weld test (single bevel)
Strong understanding of welding quality, penetration, and structural integrity
Ability to work in a fast-paced fabrication environment with overtime as needed
Strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are required
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Perform MIG and Flux Core welding on structural steel components
Fabricate and assemble metal components according to specifications
Read and follow blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication instructions
Maintain weld quality and structural integrity standards
Support production goals while maintaining efficiency and accuracy
Inspect work for quality and report issues as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
Follow all company welding procedures and safety requirements
Weld Test Requirement
3G MIG + Flux Core (Single Bevel)
Work Environment
Industrial structural steel fabrication / welding shop environment
Exposure to welding equipment, sparks, heat, heavy materials, and active production operations
Physically demanding role requiring standing, lifting, bending, repetitive movement, and PPE compliance
