Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Welders & Fitters to join a premier fabrication team supporting the natural gas industry in Tulsa, OK. This role involves advanced structural welding, fitting, blueprint interpretation, and fabrication of large industrial units built to strict code requirements.

Required Experience & Skills
Proven welding and structural fitting experience REQUIRED
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and weld procedures
Strong knowledge of AWS D1.1 welding codes and structural fabrication standards
Ability to safely operate overhead cranes and forklifts
Experience working with large structural assemblies preferred
Ability to pass all required weld and fitter qualification tests
Strong attention to detail, workmanship, and safety awareness
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are required
Required Tests
Flux Core vision test on beam and pipe
Uphill, overhead, and flat welding on beam
Flat welding on pipe
3G double bevel on 1"plate, butted up
Test will be shot per code
Must carbon arc back, then fill and cap in the same 3G position
Structural Fitters must complete an open-book written test
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Perform structural welding and fitting on large industrial assemblies
Work with I-beam sizes ranging from 6x25 to 12x50
Fit and weld completed units ranging from 8 x 20 to 16 x 50
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and fabrication specifications
Perform welding according to AWS D1.1 code requirements
Safely operate cranes, forklifts, and material-handling equipment
Maintain quality standards throughout fabrication and assembly processes
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
Support production goals and fabrication timelines
